This post could’ve also been called: OMG, when did that happen?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

But I figured it was too many question marks :).  As you can see, book baby #1 finally did it.  ADORKABLE reached 5000+ readers on Goodreads!  When I first started this journey into self-publishing, I honestly never thought this would happen.  I mean, I thought I’d be lucky to have five to 10 readers let alone this many.  I am truly floored and humbled by how many people have read ADORKABLE, and I cannot thank you all enough for the support.  Sally and Becks are out there, making their way into people’s hearts, and I am so grateful for that.

On a side note, book baby #2 isn’t doing too shabby either.  500+ people have read and rated NINJA GIRL on Goodreads which is crazy amazing.  Also, I noticed a little while ago that, although the book is actually rated 4.8 stars on Amazon (which is fan-freaking-tastic), it looks like 5 stars on the site.  Definitely not complaining about that lol!

To thank you awesome ADORKABLE and NINJA GIRL readers…it’s time for a giveaway!!!

There are several ways to enter, and the giveaway will run until August 31, 2017.  One winner will be randomly chosen, and the prize is a $25 Amazon Gift Card.  You can enter using the rafflecopter below!

  1. I just wanted to say that I think you’re a great author and I’m excited to see what other books you have in store! ☺️ I still haven’t had the chance to read Ninja Girl. I noticed that it’s only available to download and it’s not available as a paperback. Will it be made into a paperback? I love buying hardback and paperback books. To me it’s a different experience being able to actually hold a book as opposed to reading it on a tablet. I entered you’re giveaway and it mentioned something about telling you about a recent book that I read. I just got finished reading Sarah J Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series and I loved it! It’s definitely on my list of my favorites along with your novel Adorkable. 💕 I’ve posted a comment on your website before and I just wanted to thank you for responding back to your readers! It definitely means a lot that you take the time out of your busy schedule to read the comments people post!

    • Hi Gabby, I thought I remembered you from another comment! Ahhh, you are just lovely, and I appreciate you for leaving such an encouraging message. Seriously, I’m always surprised when I find a comment where someone has read one of my books and actually took the time to leave a kind word <3. Also, I have been wanting to read A Court of Thorns and Roses for the longest time! I loved Throne of Glass and Crown of Midnight, still have to read Heir of Fire, though. I'm with you: Maas is so awesome!!! I'm not sure if/when NINJA GIRL will come out in paperback--I definitely hope it will! And if it does, I'll be sure to post something here, there and everywhere lol :). Thank you so much again, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

  2. My favorite recent read was Rules of an Engagement by Suzanne Enoch. Such a good historical fiction read. Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

    • Ooh I like a good historical fiction as well! 🙂 Thank you for your comment, Lisa, and good luck!!

  3. Wow! Congrats on that many reads and reviews. That’s awesome and very inspirational. I’m looking forward to reading both of them soon!

    • Hi Deanna, thank you so much for your comment! I know there are a lot of more successful authors, but I’m grateful for every read and review and chance to just reach new readers. If you do read ADORKABLE and NINJA GIRL, I hope you enjoy them! Hope you have a great day!
