Happy Release Day ADORKABLE!

Today is the big day, you guys!

ADORKABLE comes out in print today, ahhh!!! Full disclosure: I will probably be shouting this from the rooftops everywhere lol. It’s exciting and awesome, and I just want to share it with everyone!

Oh, and did I mention the paperback will be in Barnes & Noble, Target and other wonderful stores??? Now, I can finally use this cool graphic created by the awesome people at Entangled :).

And maybe I’ll get to see ADORKABLE on another shelf besides my own–though they do look gorgeous up there *sigh*

There are so many great things happening (several giveaways on the way, too, so please be on the lookout! There are a couple going on now on Instagram to celebrate the print release if you’re interested! :)). Entangled and so many wonderful people have done a lot to make this day and this release an awesome one, and I’m so thankful to all of them!

I’ll definitely let you know how everything turns out. But for now, again, let me just say:

Happy Release Day ADORKABLE!!!

I hope readers love you and that you bring them a bit of happiness and lots of laughter <3. Hope you all have an amazing day!

Yay for 20k!!!

So, I reached 20k words on my current WIP this week! Yayyy!!!!!

This (20k) is one of the milestones/markers for every book I write, so it felt really good to hit that number :).

Just wanted to share it with you guys! So glad to be writing—plus, I am loving this story so much!!! If you would, cross your fingers for me. Really hope to keep this momentum going. The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad Book Blitz & Blog Tour

Yesterday was the start of The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad Book Blitz!

The blitz is hosted by Xpresso Book Tours, and I’m so thankful to all of the bloggers/bookworms who are participating! Giselle has been awesome to work with :).

Yesterday also began TGGGTBB Blog Tour that I tried to organize lol! To be honest, I’m incredibly thankful to the advanced readers who signed on to read and review book baby #4. Early reviews (reviews period!) are so important, and I was lucky that anyone signed on let alone the 13 fantastic people who did!

Thank you all so much for helping me spread the word about The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad–which comes out this Thursday! Woohoo!–and I hope you enjoy(ed) Sadie & Colton’s story!

That brings me to the giveaways!!!

There’s one for the blitz here and one for the tour here.

Please be sure to enter both giveaways, and good luck, everyone! Also: OMG just 3 more days!!! 😀

Happy reading,

Cookie O’Gorman

Just 9 More Days!!!

Just 9 more days until the release of The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad!!!

*Cue me freaking out*

You guys, I can’t believe the book is coming out next Thursday! Not going to lie, I thought I had another week LOL. But this is awesome because it feels like I’ve been waiting forever to share Sadie & Colton and all of the other characters I love with you :).

A few reasons I think/hope you’ll love The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad:

  1. Sadie. She’s hilarious, brave and wonderfully herself! She loves movies (especially Pride and Prejudice), dancing (especially ballroom), her parents and her friends. Sadie is also a dreamer, a hopeless romantic and slightly kiss-obsessed (though she’s never actually been kissed ;)).
  2. Colton Bishop. Gah, where do I start? Colton is so swoonworthy; it’s not even funny. He’s hot, yes, but it’s more than that. Pierced, cocky/confident, born without a filter, he likes cars, gets into fights and takes way-too-much pleasure in teasing Sadie. But he’s also loyal to his brother, reads romance and agrees to help our MC. Oh, and the boy delivers a devastating first kiss <3.
  3. The List. I love lists. Sadie does, too, and her list is filled with items she wants to complete before the end of senior year. Sadly, none have been checked off…yet.
  4. The Romance. I know I’ve said it before, but I love writing first (second & third) kisses lol. And the ones in this book are sure to curl your toes. I think they are some of the best I’ve ever written, and the chemistry between Sadie & Colton is off-the-charts. I hope they make you feel all the feels!
  5. The Friendships. Kyle Bishop (Colton’s twin brother) is Sadie’s best friend and long-time crush. Betty is her oldest friend, and at 79-years-old, she’s as fierce and fabulous as ever. Sadie and her mom have a great relationship as well which I loved writing. I just love all of the relationships in this one, and I hope you will, too!

Okay, I’m stopping now lol. I just really love this book!

It’s a YA romance, very similar in my mind to ADORKABLE and NINJA GIRL. My fear as always is that it won’t find its audience, the readers that will truly love it like I do.

This time I had 13 wonderful advanced readers. Lucky #13, I hope! I’m so nervous to find out what they thought and so thankful they agreed to read. A few have posted reviews on Goodreads, and one totally made me cry (in a good way!). I’ve asked that everyone post next week, and I hope they loved the book. I hope it’s enough and that other readers will discover, read and share their opinions!

Sadie & Colton’s story is so special to me. So much love was poured into this one <3.

If you enjoy YA romance, lists, enemies-to-more, twin brothers & bets, then The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad is the book for you!

9 more days, you guys! I hope you’re having an awesome week so far!

Happy reading,

Cookie O’Gorman

P.S. The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad releases on April 25, 2019!!! <3

The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad Tour?

Okay, so I’m trying something a little different :).

It’s actually a lot different, and I’m hoping I don’t mess it up lol. *deep breath* Since I wasn’t able to sign up for a blog tour for the release week of The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad

I’m trying to set up my own blog tour!

Early reviews are so important, and I was hoping some of you might help me out with this! I’ve already sent a few emails to awesome bloggers who I know enjoyed at least one of my books–but if you’re interested, you can still be a part of this!

Are you a blogger? Does The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad summary sound good to you? Would you like to be one of the first readers of my newest book? Are you able to read and post an honest review on release week (April 22-26)?

If you answered yes, awesome!!! Please use the comment form or email me at cookieogorman [at] gmail [dot] com with the name of your blog and a request for a digital ARC of TGGGTBB!

Also, if you’d like to be a part of the Cover Reveal on March 25th organized by Xpresso Book Tours, please sign-up here!

You can also add The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad to your Goodreads TBR here! (19 readers already have, woohoo!!! Thank you so much! You guys rock!)

I hope you all have an awesome week with zero stress, good people and the best books <3.

Happy reading,

Cookie O’Gorman

Good Girls & Goodreads!

Hi everyone!

So, I can’t hold it in anymore lol! It’s time to put my new book out there, and I’m so freaking excited to share it with you!!! The title and summary are now up, and you can add it to your Goodreads TBR pile here :).

The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad was soooo much fun to write, and I hope it will be just as much fun to read <3. It features Sadie, who was introduced in NINJA GIRL, and she is hilarious, loves dance/movies/kissing scenes and is a girl after my own heart. Oh, I really do love her! And OMG I cannot wait for you to meet the other characters in the book! Twin brothers, Kyle and Colton Bishop (sigh*fans self*get ready ladies, these boys will make you swoon till you can’t swoon anymore LOL!), and vivacious Betty! Ugh, the laughs, the romance, the kissing scenes! I hardly ever feel comfortable saying this, but:

I really think you’ll love this one! This is like my love letter to all of my readers who enjoyed my previous books <3.

If you have a blog and want to be part of the Cover Reveal, the Xpresso Book Tour sign-up is here! (Sidenote: It is gorgeous, you guys *__*)

If you’re a fan of amazing first kisses, smokin’ hot twin brothers, making lists and laughing out loud while you swoon, I’d be so thankful if you’d add The Good Girl’s Guide to Being Bad to your TBR!

I hope you’re all well and that you have an awesome weekend!

Happy reading,

Cookie O’Gorman

P.S. I’ll post next week about something else I’m trying to put together with regards to TGGGTBB, so be on the lookout! 🙂
